Creative Writing class is on the web, but it has its own wiki. Click this link to check out what our writers are doing (you must have an invitation from Mr. Dittes to view and edit some pages).

We now have a student writers' site at Ning.com. To take part, you must be an SCHS student, have an invitation from Mr. Dittes, and get a permission slip signed.

My favorite German dictionary on the Web is BeoLingus, based at a technical university in Chemnitz. This Woertebuch features unique letters, pronunciation guides--everything you could need to figure out a tough word.

I like the easy interface, too, but that's just me.

Sites that I used in preparing lessons

The Great Awakening web site gives a good basic grasp of the movement that swept through America a generation before the Revolution and set in motion forces that only American Independence could quell.
